A candidate residing in Bradenton, Ruskin, Brandon or Plant City area is preferred.
Pay Rate:$21-$23/hr. Depending on Experience
Temporary to start with potential to become a permanent role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the hiring process by ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Key Responsibilities:
-Candidate Experience: Manage communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
-Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and provide necessary details to both candidates and interviewers.
-Administrative Support: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
-Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to streamline the recruitment workflow.
-Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by coordinating pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently showing initiative and dependability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams and the Google Workspace.
Education:
A High School diploma or GED is required.
